End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.fluidevice.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EdenTech Microfluidics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or the inability to use the Site.

8. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. EdenTech Microfluidics may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of France.
